Information that a user intentionally encodes into a QR code or makes available at a public QR destination may be accessible to anyone who scans or otherwise accesses that QR code or destination.

Users are responsible for determining what information they choose to place in a QR code or make available through a publicly accessible destination.

Do not place confidential, sensitive, private, financial, health, password, access credential, or other information in a publicly accessible QR code or destination unless you intend for that information to be accessible to others.

Where LabelNext Studio connects a QR label to a third-party website, application, form, document, or other destination, the privacy practices of that destination may be governed by the third party's own privacy policy.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND DESTINATIONS

LabelNext Studio may allow users to create QR codes or links that direct to third-party websites, applications, documents, forms, videos, purchasing pages, or other online resources.

ItzAnApp LLC does not control the privacy practices or content of independent third-party destinations.

When you leave a LabelNext Studio-operated service and access a third-party service, that third party's privacy policy and terms may apply.

Users creating LabelNext labels are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions to link to or distribute the destinations and content they select.
